I am not sure why any company would want to buy a majority stake in HNSS without the patents. It would be one thing if HNSS was trading on a higher exchange, then another company could buy HNSS's shell for a potential reverse merger. This is getting way off topic though. HNSS is trading on the pinks. There is no 'shell'
