I do not put my faith in anonymous posters ramblings and especially one without unquestionable links. I have no proof either way as to whether or not there will be a merger so I will not come right out and call someone a liar or a scam but I will approach their post with an abundant amount of skepticism.

The same applies of course to any poster that only wants to seethe PPS go down.

I have found no evidence anywhere that would lead me to believe that anything is happening at this time with this security.

So far as I am concerned this is just an extremely low float shell company that something could happen with at some point in the future.
