I posted "have" not "had". That comes from various parameters, like # of stocks above 10 DMA, U/D volume, Trin, EPC ec. We can, of course, go even to greater extremes (like SOX # stocks above 10 DMA going to 95 from the recent peak of 90, but you got to ask yourself a simple question, how high can that number go?)
