I will say this though. If the UK subsidiary is half as bad as you say, I find it odd that someone was talking about how the UK group was getting screwed. It sounds like they mismanaged the finances terribly over the 2 full years they had control. If so, I wish them luck in their legal efforts to be compensated, as it appears there is evidence they were incompetent given the insolvency you speak of. I certainly hope there was not any activity over there that was worse than that. I wonder if they are endangered of being sued?
