I've seen this movie several times.

Check out some of my posts from 2 years ago on the EESO thread. They were also subject, and remain, locked out by the DTCC.

Logically when few people own trad-able SFIO shares, the trading dries up. If you believe everyone is going to open and fund alternative brokers just to trade stock in this indicted company brimming with felons, well...lol
