1. We have bought TACG, it'll look great on EXTO balance sheet.
2. Oh, we have now spun TACG out and we'll give you 20% of what we told you'd get.
3. No, come to think of it, we won't give 20% - We'll just merge with another company and relinqush control of this shell. You get zero.
My take (Just a guess) - They did use EXTO to take TACG public and they do not need this shell anymore. It is to be seen if we got the TACG shares coming in or not. The way I read the PR, we dont.
