Chroma-Z, I too was curious about the lack of specifics on that 11/2011 report, thinking that it was maybe just an example of what a sample report would look like. I emailed Mineral Labs over the weekend and got a reply this morning from Rodney Campbell in the Sales & Marketing Dept:

This was an actual analysis performed on a sample submitted to our company. MLI does not know the actual seam or location where the sample was taken.

I responded with the same question you raised, and that is, why was there no company name & address listed as to who the report was even sent to. That might be too private a question to ask but if I get a reply, I will post it.
