Thanks. That reads that after the Court sustains QSGIQ's objection, then QSGIQ must send another notice to the party. Lots of notices that need to be filed for each claim. Although the filings I have looked at usually include more than one claim.
No idea how close they are to completing this. If anyone has been able to get info from the company in the past, perhaps they can ask.
