I keep noticing all the things that came into alignment shortly after the major FDA decision not to appeal the courts decision allowing Ecigs to be placed on every shelf where tobacco is sold.

The appearance of sheens site, and the Hop-On filings coming together almost immediately thereafter. Then there is the fact that Sheen & Michaels operate in nearby locales, and Michaels has the least expensive product because USAcig manufactures their own cartridges right here in the USA. No import inspections etc.

Seems like a natural that Sheens people would DD what's out there and notice the best Ecig opportunity was in their own backyard. US Customs cartridge inspections and rejections are the largest cost of the competitions product supply.

And ya never know.... with the push in this sector HPNN may have a PE ratio before 9/30/11 LOL, I can't remember the last time an otc issue carried anything other than N/A in the PE ratio column.
