i wonder if the judge or anyone prosecuting the case is aware of the value, the hidden assets. the shells are the assetts, stripping those from ev would be the right thing to do, maybe then some responsible person could actually take tsrr and do something with it. other than the shells ev has nothing, he may very well be selling off shares as we ponder. the pos that he is would be desperate to make the shells look worthless thru warrants and what ever means of dilution he can come up with.
