…something that would be interesting to consider is the seasonality of conditions (DVT, etc…) as a functionality of warmer weather versus colder weather. Is it possible that warmer weather resulting in significantly increased outside activity thus lowering incidences of DVT and related conditions because the population is on the move so to speak?

Treatment of acute VTE is a small portion of the total Lovenox market and a negligible portion of the outpatient Lovenox market (I estimated 10% and 0%, respectively, in #msg-64862315). Hence, a simpler and better explanation for the slight reduction in Lovenox outpatient scripts during summer is that fewer elective surgeries are done then.
