was discussed 2 years ago .. as i posted
then .. if the belief is that KM et al SOLD then
it doesn't matter since they <those shares> are
included *already*

one of the reasons why *I* have always used the
KISS principle on the unregistered OTC co.s

that is always using the AS vs the OS

because until all *forms* are uploaded .. it's a moot point
again if the *intent* is for the co. to stay public .. they
will become *fully* transparent .. there is no gray here

*INSIDERS*, that terminology is the true ***ISSUE*** within this holding company and the way this stock has behaved since Expo's date of inception.

Every single shareholder missed what occurred, despite it being right under your nose the entire time. It took someone deviously smart in order to put this *scheme* together. This scheme formation took a vast amount of time, effort and maneuvering before it could be distributed to retail investors.
