The following was posted on YMB by my favorite "JERK" thomasfranklin...Do you think his assumption is correct..


As of 6/24/2011, Loeb & Loeb LLP was representing CCME in court. I have found no documentation that proves DLA works for the company. The only mention I've found was from CCME which stated that DLA was hired by Loeb, not CCME. We'll find out soon enough but I speculate that they don't.
