Thanks AD. I did real good on KBH, so I'm hoping this one plays in tandem to its anemic fundamentals. They have rising debt, falling revenue, falling sales, and are now unable to service their interest debt. My key here for entry was the 10%+ rise in price which was solely emotion driven. 49% institutionally held, so there's a good chance they could start bailing ship.
