Cos think about this. The former NHSH that was dead and just shell was down to per etrade just over 1 million shares. The former management whoever was NHSH destroyed shareholders with dilution and r/s. Now centacom comes in a totally new company. Nothing to do with the past or share price. They took over and have a different share structure for what they plan. Including 20% for QASp shareholders once best way exchange plan can be done is final. So the price had to come down based on new company and new share structure we are starting out with.
