That was my question as well. They were at Pink CI rating. Then a couple months ago it slipped down to 'Limited Information'. That should have been dealt with right then.
Now we go down another notch. And this time just as AFTC is about to announce more news on their SBIR projects. Last PR back on 11/4/10 they released the PR for a signed Phase 2 contract, while they were rated as Caveat Emptor.
Anyone know why they aren't on top of this?
