No. GNAU shareholders will not receive anything at all directly, unless and until GNAU were to decide to spin out those GCLL shares to its own shareholders.
No such plan has been articulated yet.
What will happen is that the GNAU balance sheet will now show a tangible asset under Cash and Marketable Securities valued at the market price of that many shares.
If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
