The way I read it they do not have to cover in 13 days unless they take it down more than 10%. Anyone please feel free to correct me. I am not the best little regulation reader. The big deal is the fact that they constintly expost their weak positin by hiding about shorts. He may not have to cover in 13 days but he does have to cover before the dust settles.
