NO. LLEG is a former pink and the gray's include other stocks other than prior pinks. Gray's include foreign companies not yet listed here, suspended OTCBB and higher, and so on. So we can't really compare LLEG's reporting to that of such other entities without it being meaningless.
In so far as Matt's assessment, I totally agree. No need to return to the pinks when the same paperwork can be filed for listing to the OTCBB by adding the form 10 and audited financials to the 211. It would be redundent and a waste of time and resources to return to the pinks for the sake of a minimal amount of time needed to complete that which is necessary to make the move and UpList simultaneously when returning to the broader market.
Incidently, per my calculations, fewer shares have been cashed out for 100% profit over where they were bought @.001 recently. The TOTAL selloff due to the suspension was less than 4% of shares. Hardly a mass exodus that many pronounced would happen when trading resumed on the gray market, which is ripe with manipulation trades. If I wanted to make it appear that the stock were moving one direction or another I could do so by skipping over higher or lower bids to set a price and those offers skipped over can't change that.
Those that succomed to PANIC lost out without needing to. Had they had patience, those that sold @.001 could have sold @.002, just as those selling in the .002's are going to LOSE by selling.
The GOOD PART is that a LOT of these cheapies are being bought by us longs with the vision and understanding of the company to make what will soon be considered a major POWER PLAY in increasing their positions to a level most of us believed we wouldn't be able to based on the support level we enjoyed. The fact that some scaredy shares are being let go of and traded repeatedly says nothing about the true value and confidence in LLEG.
