You are dead wrong. I believe POSC must have presented a plan that included transparancy about the private financing. The city would have never signed an MOU or placed POSC on their agenda, if the business plan wasn't in order. There would be nothing to vote on. The vote will reflect it all.

I'm just questioning why the private financing hasn't been announced??? So far the response has been the private financing is contingent upon Pats ability to secure a location. Thats absurd!!

It's been mentioned before that Pat does not care about the PPS, that his focus is on the bigger picture. I suggest that with a little thought he could take care of both.
