That is exactly what, I as an investor, would expect.

An announcement that conditional private financing has been secured, and we have a signed MOU with the city of Noblesville, state of Indiana and our federal government, who are considering our proposal for an incentive package.

A better argument for you would be….
Pat could not suppress the announcement about the MOU, because it is public news that someone would have picked up on, and posted anyway. So why would the city even consider his proposal if he didn’t have the private financing secured.

The vote will answer my question come July 12th. If Pat has done his job, and the private financing is actually secured, the vote will be YES, if not, the city will push the agenda to the next meeting until Pat satisfies their concerns. That would send the PPS in the direction of the idiot.

The lack of announcing the private financing has nothing to do with LOCATION. However, I am suggesting that the PPS has been negatively impacted because the market does not trust Pat, and the guessing game he has created, with no solid news about the most important part….private financing!
