imo you're correct... Float now is quite low. If they would generate revenues or a merger (or several).

They did the R/S because of 2 options:

1) They're crooks and want to dilute the hell out of this. But why not increase the AS to 1B instead of 100M? Why the mentioning of the reverse boost? And what does the low par value mean (is this normal?)

2) They did the R/S as a part of the law suit (maybe to settle it) and/or to have some shares to transfer for a merger (or multiple mergers).

Since they mentioned the reverse boost (what's in a name) they seem to have plans with this one. And personally I don't think GGER will be the cash cow, but one of the coming mergers.

Who knows, maybe they have Encryptstick back on the table (now they have more share to pay with)?

MMMG mentioned they would only take small cap Nasdaq companies for a long term contract. Maybe they want to make UWRL one of those, under their full control... An OTC Verify would benefit also.

All imo, and maybe some wishful thinking, but most of it might be possible. Let's wait it out!
