On June 21, 2011, La Jolla Pharmaceutical Company (the “Company”) reported that since June 17, 2011 it had converted approximately 24 shares of Series C-1 1 Convertible Preferred Stock into a combined total of 4,022,333 shares of common stock. Following these conversions, the Company had a total of 28,963,321shares of common stock issued and outstanding as of June 21, 2011.
