Who owns the brand new 7,500.000 Series C shares ?

...just taking a look.......probably the ceo

Are those "treasury shares", did PM assign those to himself ?

Will he convert those into 300 common shares every time he needs pocket money ?

......after sept 30....hmmmmmmmmmmmmm maybe

Yet another brand new dilution source: 7.5M * 300 = 2B (each Series C shares an be converted to 300 common shares)

....actually its a lil more than that, ...after sept30.....7,500,000 x 300=2,250,000,000 ....in fact this could technically raise the i/o to 6.4 mil.......but then he'd have to raise the authorized......and he could do all that.......after sept 30....actually he could raise the a/s right now, but he still couldnt touch those pref c's.......but there really is no need in it yet.....

So, anytime PM needs to dump 2B more shares, he issues a fluff PR announcing a BIG order, and converts Series C shares into billions common shares.

.......hmmmmmmmmm here is where we split the sheets, art, that 'anytime' thingy is not correct......'when' he is able to convert those.......sometime between sept30 and eoy.........he'll still be subject to the 1% clause.........IF he attempted to exceed, the t/a would kick em back so fast he'd be smoking again and calling in on one of his disposophones........IF he transferred out the 2,250,000,000(who would take a transfer like that, nowadays?).......then wouldnt THAT person be subject to the 1% clause as well?.......why yes, i think so!

so here is what i would do........hold this thought until after sept 30 and see what happens.......
