I dissagree with sub penny analysis. The problem with going in on this stock at a low value is that we never know if the float will hold day to day. If you buy at a penny, the next day a 100 million shares could be sold into the market. One would need to know when dilution will stop for say 2 or 3 weeks to make a play and the CEO has no problem blowing out the stock at anytime. They will need another reverse next year, after they run out of money. I think this company is a a pump and dump fraud and notice when a lot of news hits, a lot of share dumped. We have probably traded 50%++ of the company since the last reverse. WHERE ARE THE CURRENT FINANCIALS???????
