Keep in mind, so SAVW didnt get phase 1 of the DC contract, big deal....whos light pole was up in that article, they displayed SAVW Eco pole in that picture!!! Why not the company that won the contract....this speaks volumes to me....!!! SAVW may have not been in a position to accept such a contract when it was originally handed out!! However, they will be shortly...and DC is going to need Phase 2, I have a strong feeling SAVW will be a big part of that!!!
