Pegasus Wireless Corp. (fka PGSW)

According to SEC filings, Pegasus Wireless owns 51% of Amax and a few other companies.

I don't know if the federal court (criminal complaint) or SEC (civil complaint) is going to claim this property to pay fines and set up a disgorgement fund for shareholders who lost money during the period when company executives were committing securities fraud.

I also wonder why Alex Tsao and Jerry Shih are not mentioned in the criminal and civil complaints.
