50 IR cameras have been ok'd to be sent to Tiawan revenues could be reported on that at any time.Also the company is wanting to expand this into the USA. I hope there will be more on this in the next filing.NightEagle is ready for market and the company has stated that it will be affordable.Will the company be able to market that product. Only time will tell. Hopefully there will be more information about this product on the next filing.
You also ask.....6) At the end of 2004, there was a private placement of common stock in the amount of 4,000,000 shares for cash of $5,109. Is this a fair reflection of fair market value? My answere not hardly......but don't be fooled by the dollar amount.This placement might lead to bigger and better things by having some well placed investor hold AVTX stock.
Then as you say I have often claimed....7) You often claim that the share price could be as high as several dollars. This would give a market cap of perhaps $150 million. The Kollsman related revenue stream, I believe, was claimed to be a total revenue of up to $33 million. However, this amount is not a yearly figure. What can we expect on a yearly basis in revenue? Would it be 10 million? Does that justify a market cap of $150 million
I'm thinking ahead....if and I admit its an if things fall in place there will be success in other areas and I do not claim a higher than 1 dollar share price based only on todays information but potential from additional business off Kollsman GulfStream Fedx AND Nighteagle as well as its medical potential. The close today for this stock is less than .05! As you mention we will have 70 million shares out once all preferred has been converted. That is nothing compared to many penny stocks. If you agree revenues will be strong once they start as you yourself claim...what is your problem with me saying the same thing? I do believe that if the cards fall right....and again...that's a big if...but if they do....speculation will help the share price along with those revenues.....to at least 1 dollar. Perhaps much higher and only time will tell. That's why we are less than .05 right now. Thanks for your questions. I hope my answers will satisfy you for now.
