Thanks for your informative post! In the past I too, by reason of my legal experience regarding concluding large scale O&G transactions, opined that these deals are complex and time consuming. If your statements are correct, and I have no reason to believe otherwise, then we can look forward to the outcome which we all look forward too in the near future.
