In answer to your inquiry about how I have been doing market-wise...I am trying to get wiser! I am slowly getting my feet wet again and confidence up and follow this thread daily. Don't pay much attention to much else as I returned to work full-time and with that and spending time with my growing babe and husband and doing "keep up with the house" stuff there are not many free minutes in the day. Looking forward to summer vacation. The one great perk of a teacher <ggg> If I can ask, where are you relocating to? I have been to San Diego several times as I have a relative there. Love the desert, but would not like to live there, although it is tantalizing now as our day in MN begins with temps in the teens :(
