This is about the 4th time that HPGS has set a closing date for the Huber properties. Every previous time the sale has not gone through and the can has been kicked down the road.

Last week HPGS was promoted by a number of PR firms ... the promotions all stated a 30 June closing and a 30 June conference call. Neither occurred and no correction to any of the PRs appears to have been distributed.

The fact that some newspaper has regurgitated the latest supposed HPGS closing date for the Huber most certainly does not make it so.
