The POR confirmation hearing on the 13th will be, if it goes forward, for the POR on the table.

Any 'new' POR would start over the process of Disclosure Hearings, Voting (as needed), Objections, etc, etc.

You can't just "slide in" a replacement POR and hold a hearing on it, skipping all the other steps.
