Per IR they are not, will not increase PR dilute. Hence, they are getting conv fin for growth not raising capital from dilution. I anticipate seeing them decrease if anything. IMO The more I dig, the more I like this as bottom play with HUGE upside. Time will tell! I haven't seen any other sub penny at this PPS with more going for it. I'm long here now.
