Of course they are,... They were just hoping that nobody noticed the 'hidden' assets and didn't learn from watching what happened with K-mart.

Unfortunately for them - the shareholders here acted earlier, more vigorously, and this is all starting to get dragged out into the open.

We've all kinda known that for quite some time. Good to see some media sources are starting to notice the squawking.
