Frank knows big corps always looking to buy the little guy. They let you build it up and make you an offer you can't refuse, pay extra to keep you on for 6 months to 1 year for a smoooth transition and Franks looking or starting something new. I'm sure he has a hefty price in mind and will do what's neccesary to get it.
I've been approached 3 times this year by larger media companies wanting to make me an offer for my local Advertising business. This was my first business, my baby that stated it all 7 years ago. Up until this year I wasn't interested, Timing is everything.
Nothing lasts forever and I'm strongly considering this last offer because they have made it so attractive.
