A rare post compiled by rare. For who it my concern that post using and refering to me. I'm long NBRI and have recently added
to my postions(who got scared?) As for the Ruby deal closing, its looks like a very good deal NBRI put together. Along with the recent PR from Silver Quest(A JV from NBRI)raising 10 million to drill on Capoose, which is basically the Fawn property.

Potencial new strategic partnerships, with upfront cash payments
should beforthcoming! Zeballos could find a partner very soon.
As the Ruby starts producing gold it will become far easyier for
NBRI to get capital when needed.
As for the dilution question? What micro miner doesn't issue shares in the early stages of there growth cycle? My only concern is that Perry gets the best deal as possible with those shares.
I'm not a fan now of the deal issuing shares that get discounted 80%. He needs to change that. The EB-5 program should be very positive with the capital part of issues that concern investors.
Another plus i found was a tiny company like NBRI gets a interest
rate at..(at an interest rate of three (3) percent per annum)
3% most, hell all tiny miner who generally take on debt pay min. 10% interest and the term are much more unfriendly for the companys shareholders. Thats a fact!
Heres a small list of miners at the beggining stages, that were in simialar boats as NBRI and its shareholder base, which i might add are growing and most investors are holding tight.
*these aren't buy or sell recomendations either* Just a reference!

Float was very much smaller when it was at .10cents but grow to 144 mill as of today but look at the price?

The float balloned at the beggining when they took over(now 244mill float) unprofitable mines early on. Did the dilution
kill them?

Float grow to 256 mill as of today and it started in 2002....
Just when they stared getting a mine in operation, with new drilling..

The key to NBRI is not that we now have debt or were adding to the float its that we find the Gold thats at the Ruby, add value with JVs, find new sources of gold, silver and just as important Rare Earth. While adding respectable veterans in the mining industry to run the operation!
Most respectable metal watchers forcast the price of Gold to conts to rise as demand outstrips supply. There going to pop up everywhere in the near future.

NBRI could find itself with a 65-100 mill market cap very eaily when they deliver. As for high market caps the resent run from this one landed it with a 450 mill market cap on pure promotion alone? http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui
In closing, NBRI in my opinion future isn't brite,
...........ITS GOLDEN! ITS SILVER! ITS RARE...........
Cheers and enjoy America's Birthday!!
