Jeff DiGenova says the swap or exchange is going to happen. So, I take his word on that. But, the question is at what ratio?. Some say 10 for 1. I think that if it happens, it will be more like 40 or 50 for 1.

First sentence is reply to above...remainder is just general musings.
Ratio will depend on what the share structure ends up being...but the percentage of the company will remain the same...and as far as I know...it is still slated to be 22%. Now...some may ask how can that be...now that MS has 43%...Centacom has 43%...that only leaves 14%...and to be honest...I can't answer that at present. Eventually, I will find out...but it's not important to me right now...as I also trust Jeff & James at their word. Anything James gives us I consider a gift...so I will just appreciate it when it happens (and it definitely will...barring a massive meteor strike on the planet or some such catstrophe) and I will just say Thank You for your generosity. In the mean time...I have also purchased shares from the seller at what I consider very nice prices.
