Realistically? No, but it does mean Pom Wonderful will have to prove their case. It is my opinion, the current operation system Holigan has created is mature enough to make a public announcement unless if he wanted to uplist which has a whole list of requirements and I don't think he is going that route. I do think our wait may be hinged on the trademark designation so patience is needed. Think of all the great knowledge we are learning about the process.
