The whole premise behind the Deravitive Suit is alleged improprieties on the part of YAGI, K&L, etc. which caused harm against the company and its shareholders...but I won't go into more detail here, as you probably wouldn't understand it and this conversation would only yield more unproductive conversation...just know that the suit itself is a double edged sword...and I was always reluctant to cross the proverbial threshold going forward with it because of thta reasoning...but as Clawmann has himself said, they would have only continued diluting, converting and splitting anyway...hence the current sp of $0.035 versus your ability to sell out at a preadjusted split of $2.90. How does it feel? Well join the crowd, versus debasing us...as IMHO, your logic is skewed...
