My bad- I didn't mean that they verbally told me that RAS has no options. When I click the link in my account to trade any of my holdings (RAS's ticker in my account is now RAS#) and then click "OPTIONS" it tells me that RAS# has no options. However, the JAVA trading platform does list all the option chains for RAS.
