Have a great 4th. I am holding. Leaving for the day.

Quick thoughts:
1. I don't care if they are "real" or not. Doesn't seem to matter much on the OTC anyway. Think LLEG.
2. They are current filers, profitable.
3. Chinese company - enter at your own risk.
4. I smell a multi-day runner.

As of March 31, 2011 filing:

110 mil assets
38 total debt
72 mil equity (even if you assume 350 mil O/S, this is .205/share book value)

EPS for 9 months ended 3/31/11 - .06 per share (based on 240 mil)
