this morning as I read people on RB talking about 1:00PM meeting etc. that is what I was thinking...that their expectations were on someone handing a pen to somebody else and signing and then running out the door yelling "awards"...probably the smart thing to do is to say what you know as far as updates and leave it at that...mark has said one official at the JDA said PR today...let's wait and see...but my timeframe is not dependent on it...what I do like is virtually no news coming out as to what is being discussed in these meetings or anyone else really saying what is going on from either side besides a few choice comments from officials from both sides...not all bad comments btw...but generally positive towards getting this done
