This is an absolute disaster for ERBB and others in the Med. Marijuana biz, this is pretty much what Ive been saying right along, the Feds have to follow the laws on the books and the States can not just ignore federal law regardless of what the State voters want, looks like Brewer was smart to slow down and look into the legal issues 1st.
