That is not good news. Pretty sad actually. These guys are covering up something substantial. I hope everyone involved here ends up in jail and we finally get the truth, good or bad.

Too many questions here, one red flag after the next. This Ken Stead has turned out to be Dr. Jeckle and Mr. Hyde. Where is the respect for the shareholders? The only excuse for this blackout would be a NDA, but even then the result had better blow the off the roof.

Reality is KATX is most likely being audited and in some trouble with the SEC, FINRA, and the IRS. Ken bit off way more than he could chew with the business side of all this. We have not received our shares because they don't have the money or authority to deliver them.

Disturbing how everything just came to a halting stop here. So much has been left unanswered. Look at all the past PR's. What have they actually made good on? Nothing, they sold the only good property we had for reasons no one seems to know or understand. At least I am emotionally detached from this trade now and I have moved on. I still own shares and just can not believe how this turned out.
