There is also a PFE drug (PF-00299804) that I believe has activity against T790M that hasn't done anything dramatic. But I can't say this is a space that I have followed closely up to now, so I could be misinformed.

'113 is quite different than the other drugs because it doesn't hit wild-type EGFR. I don't know yet if that is a feature or a bug. :)
If it's in fact a feature, it might well be a home-run type feature.
