I don't necessarily agree with all the points in everything I post. I am not nearly as bearish as Swenlin for instance. But people should be aware of his views.

On the Middle East - - if war is avoided (whatever the reason) global markets would get a powerful shot in the arm IMHO. But the rally probably would be short lived since the Iraq situation is not the fundamental cause of the bear market -- just an add on.
