As I mentioned before, I heard from a reliable source that the restricted stock offering is due to close any day now or next week.
Given that some would know what price the new restricted stock was offered at, the late fall in the price could reflect that someone knows that price level.
Generally, such offerings offer stock at a discount to the market price on whatever day the offering goes out. So let's say the stock closes at $4, the new shares would sold at say $3.60 and tomorrow's trading (if today is really the day) will likely show a quick fall to that level.
