what up sheep? Didga see the 8K from yesterday? Confirms 2 things: 1) the company is alive and 2) there is a transfer agent after all, lol...

I'm not really sure what the 8K means in the scheme of things as they have been filing the same 8K for years now, and quite frankly I don't care...what I DO care about is the fact that Itin (although IMO a failure of a CEO in anything he touches) is still breathing which means CPVD is.

I'd like to know the true O/S figure...
