No investors. It is my understanding that what few leases of any value that were left after were sold to Melrose. He then pocketed the cash and moved to England where he reportedly is living with his "significant other." Don't know whether the other is female or male.

It appears that after the sale of the KS leases, many of the remaining leases expired or were worthless.
