You'll be glad to hear that NHSH is a real company to invest in. Unlike the old days with Q, Centacom is stating things they want to accomplish and they are crossing them off there list!!!

They said they would post audited financials for Q1/2011 for Centaflix and they did. They are currently working on 2009 and 2010 as well to be current. After Centacom becomes current, they will complete all the filings for the company.

Centacom also stated that they would be reducing the O/S by 151 million shares and they did it already!!! They are now working on reducing the A/S. There are also more reductions on the way as well.

They have a LOI with Mineseeker and once negotiations have finished and there is a final agreement, Mineseeker CEO, Mr. Edward Cross, has planned to relocate to Jacksonville, FL. That is real handy, I would say!!!

They are starting to pre-sell bandwidth in Miami.

Lot's of great things done...and more on the horizon...
